Bobbin Pendant No 13 - Black

The humble bobbin was the staring point for this collection of pendants. alongside my love of jewellery and working with wood, I have always enjoyed knit, stitch and weave. I am particularly fascinated by the traditional tools used for textiles, which are often wooden.

This pendant made from hand-turned sycamore, and hand-painted and sealed with toy safe paints and varnishes. The pendant is strung onto waxed cotton cord.
