Payment
Online payment is made via Stripe or Paypal.
Order Times
Items listed in my shop are in stock. Uk delivery usually takes 1-2 days but allow extra time for your delivery to arrive due to current Royal Mail strike days. International order times vary depending on the country and zone.
If you require an item for a specific date, please contact me before ordering to ensure your request can be honoured.
Some piece not in my show can be commissioned, depending on the piece, make up of your jewellery can take between 1 to 4 weeks. Please email me for details at mail@janesedgwick.co.uk
Delivery and Shipping Information
Free shipping within the UK. All UK shipments are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is an insured, trackable. Items will require a signature on arrival.
Postal addresses must be accurate to ensure guarantee delivery.
I do not ship abroad directly via my webshop at this time, but please do not hesitate to contact me via email to discuss options for International delivery.
Customs Charges
International customers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes that may be imposed on the item on arrival at the destination country. I have no control over these charges.
Returns Policy
I hope you will be delighted with your Jane Sedgwick jewellery, however, if for any reason you wish to return an item, either for exchange or refund, you have 14 days to so so.
If an item is damaged or faulty I will repair or replace it for you.
Please contact me within 14 days of receipt and please contact me at mail@janesedgwick.co.uk before returning an item. Goods must be unworn, in original condition and packaging. The jewellery is your responsibility until I receive it back in the studio, so I advise you house a delivery service which insures the goods whilst in transit. Unless agreed with me prior to posting, you will cover the cost of returning the item.
For hygiene reasons I am not able to offer and exchange for earrings.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of my business, orders must be cancelled or amended with 24 hours of order. Please email me with the subject heading “URGENT” at mail@janesedgwick.co.uk
